2009 Festival is a wrap!
This year Art in Odd Places was bigger and better than ever- taking a huge team effort to create the 14th Street festival over four weeks in October. Guest curators, Erin Donnelly and Radhika Subramaniam raised the bar significantly taking the AiOP concept to new levels. Thanks to everyone who made AiOP 2009: SIGN an enormous success. Hats off to guest curators, designers, staff, interns, volunteers, donors, sponsors, collaborators, friends, businesses and the community along 14th Street, press folks and bloggers, viewers with map in hand and passersby, and of course all of the artists who presented projects exploring public space and the word ‘sign’.
